Professor Kate Smith-Miles AO FAA
I am currently involved in The University of Melbourne's Master of Data Science course, co-coordinating student team projects working with external clients. A recording of my lecture for the Masters students ( "A Tale of Two Case Studies") is here.

While at Monash, I taught:
-
mathematics to 3rd year engineering students: ECE3093 Optimisation, Estimation and Numerical Methods
-
mathematics to 3rd year mathematics students: MTH3310 Applied Mathematical Modelling
I also developed an 8 week outreach program for a primary school through the Mathematicians in Schools program, focused on prime numbers and code-breaking, which is available for sharing with colleagues who would also like to engage with primary school students.
My 1-hour lecture on "A few equations that changed biology" was delivered at the BioInfoSummer school in December 2014, and I will be offering that lecture to biology students at any university who would like to hear it.

I also have a public lecture available, suitable for high school students and the general public, on how mathematics (linear algebra) can be used for estimating facial age.
